Clinical Supervision

I am a Board-approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia. I offer clinical supervision to psychologists, psychotherapists, and other healthcare professionals, with a particular focus on psychodynamic and relational approaches in culturally and linguistically diverse contexts.

 

My supervision is collaborative, reflective, and process-oriented, tailored to individual learning needs, and designed to deepen clinical thinking, confidence, and professional identity. Through mindful exploration of the therapeutic relationship and the clinical material presented in supervision, I support supervisees in developing a richer understanding of themselves in their work, strengthening psychodynamic and relational skills, and navigating complex cases and clinical situations ethically and effectively, including within organisational and systemic contexts. I also have a particular interest in supporting early-career clinicians.
